What Foods To Avoid For Weight Loss Lately we have been overwelmed with some of the most weard and fantastic diet caucoctions, liquid meals, fiber bars, cellulose cakes, super light cerials, all pumping as much air as they can into a few calories as possible.

"There should be some serious reservations about cutting calories so dramatically, particularly for anyone under the age of 30. Any such diet need to be very balanced to avoid malnutrition and it would be a long time commitment," said Catherine Collins, spokeswoman for the British Dietetic Association.

Calorie restriction DOES NOT have to be a "Compromise of the enjoyment of food for the uncertain promise of a longer life. "Eat Stop Eat" is a form of Calorie restriction. "It's true. Flexible Intermittend Fasting is an easy and effective way to reduce your overall calorie intake, while still enjoying the foods you eat.", according to Brad Pilon, the founder of "Eat Stop Eat".

The weight loss industry continues to push these low -calorie confections for two reasons. First, they know that low-calorie diets cause rapid loss of both muscle and fat. These days people like to see fast results, so quick effects are essential to keep selling.

The average consumer doesn't know ( or presumably care) that they are losing muscle along with the fat. All they want is weight off now. The second reason, well known to everyone in the business, is that rapid fatloss means guaranteed fat regain, setting the customer up for that essential repeat business. The physiology behind it has been known for fifty years. Rapid fat loss alerts your body's potent defences of its energy reserve.

It immediately increases the quantity and activity of an enzyme called lipoprotein lipase, its main mechanism for collecting digested fat from your bloodstream and stuffing it into fat cells. So lipoprotein lipase starts grabbing every molecule of fat, even stopping your body using it for energy. You have to burn up even more muscle to make up the deficit. As muscle is your basic structure, it is harder and dirtier for the body to burn than fat. As a result your metabolism slows down, immediately reducing your ability to burn fat.

You also get a build up of toxic wastes from burning proteins, making you sick and cranky. This actually does nothing to slow down your appetite, so you also grow progressively more ravenous. It get's worse. When you can't stand the disconfort any longer and succumb to real food, lipoprotein lipase has become so efficient, that you can regain six weeks of painful fat loss in almost 6 days. The only problem is, you don't regain any of the lost muscle.

So the result of the diet is no change in bodyfat but a big loss of muscle. This loss of part of your engine reduces your ability to burn the fat you have and sets you up for more fat gain.If overweight people are on a low-calorie diet repeatedly,which cause a lot of muscle loss, they set their bodies up for permanent obesity. They have so little muscle left to burn fuel that they have to eke out existance on 1000 calories a day all the time. We all know these sad, tired and overweight folks who eat little but never lose weight. Except for a few unfortunates with genetic obesity, they are victums of the Great Amrican Weight Loss Fraud. Don't become one of them!

Be careful not to get caught by the slimming aids scam either. A million miracle weight loss products are trying to trick the desperate dieter. The well-known company names and Madison Avenue gibberish on the labels all scream legitmacy and promise slim Nirvana. Almost all of them are bogus.

How can I be so sure? When you ignore the labels and marketing hype and examine the evidence, they simply don't work.

Anti-cellulite creams for example, are sold by most top cosmetics houses. Dr. Peter Fodor, president of the Lipoplasty Society explains the simple physiology: "You can't remove a molecule of fat under the skin with creams or lotions applied on top of the skin, unless they contain a drug that penetrates the dermis to reach the fat underneath.

All skin-penetrating drugs of any efficacy are controlled prescription substances. So they can't be used in over-the-counter cosmetics. So all the cellulite creams together cannot shift a single fatty ounce.

What about those fat-busting creams, containing the asthma drug aminophyline or simular drugs that claim to reduce fat on the thighs? These bogus products arose from equally bogus tabloid reports of a paper given at a 1993 meeting of the American Association for the Study of Obesity. Preliminary experiments showed that women lost an inch circumference after five weeks of vigorously rubbing in the cream every day. You can get similar effects by vigorously rubbing cream cheese on your thighs, because message temporarily reduces thigh water content.

Even Dr. Bruce Frome who holds the license for the aminophyline cream used in the study, admits that "within 3 - 7 days of non-use, the results disappear". Sounds like water, not fat doesn't it. Don't waste your money!

Similarly ineffective are the fiber pills, because the amount of fiber per pill is negligible. Grapefruit pills don't work either, because the amount of active sustance, naringenin, is negligible. Herbal teas are mainly diuretic and cause only temporary water loss.

Cellulose (wood fiber) used in weight-loss snacks gives you terrible intestinal problems. Fals fats only encourage you to eat fat. Intestinal peptides are destroyed by digestion.

The list goes on ad nauseum down to rubber sweat suits, seaweed wraps and electronic muscle stimulators. Don't believe any of them, because you are likely to end up fatter than Miss Piggy.

Even commercial diets are ineffective. You might expect that the best low-calorie diets would be the expensive, medically supervised programs, such as Optifast and Medifast, that include professional behavior therapy and extended counselling and are run through hospital and medical facilities. They don't work.

In 1988 San Diego State University studied over 200 people who had lost an average of 84% of their excess weight on such medically supervised diets. Within three years sujects had regained 60-80% of the pudge.

Results of this and similar studies finally stirred the slumbering National Institudes of Health and FDA. In 1992 they mounted a nationwide investigation by a panel of thirteen of the country's top experts on overweight, headed by Dr. Susanne Fletcher, editor of the respected Annals of Internal Medicine.

All the big diet programs and weight-loss centers submitted their records for analysis. The panel's report concluded that their is no evidence that ANY popular weight-loss program has much change for long-term success.

They further concluded that the public is being presented with reports of the few individual successes and not being told that most people who took the programs, either drop out before completing them or regain most or all of the weight lost.

The Federal Trade Commision instructed weight-loss companies, including the medically supervised programs, to stop making overblown claims. This slap on the wrist has changed the language of the ads into meaningless jingles, but the flim-flam continues. If you want to get fatter, join up today

This is a very dangerous one since this may develop as a habit not just among German shepherd dogs but to other dog breeds as well. There are many other eating problems that German shepherd dogs may acquire such as pica and anorexia.

First reason: Hunger and poor nutrition. This is the most common reason why dogs eat poop. If your German shepherd puppy is hungry and he finds nothing to eat, he might have no choice but to eat poop to fill out his tummy.

Poops are evidence for predators to locate the German shepherd puppies, so the mother German shepherd dog eats them to keep her young ones safe.

Sixth reason: To mimic the owner's behavior. Yes, this is true. German shepherds can follow the actions of humans and this is one reason why dogs eat poop. If they see someone picking up their dirt, they might learn to do the same and this is called the allelomimetic behavior.

Your German shepherd observes what you are doing and will eventually adapt it in his own way. When he finds you picking up his poop and put it in a bag, he will tend to copy it by putting a poop in his mouth.

At the sight of your German shepherd dog doing this, immediately say "No" in a firm voice, and give him a chew toy or a tasty food, like pineapple, to divert his attention.

Eat, Pray, and Love: Lessons Christians Can Learn to Live More Purposefully Today

Although I have yet to read the book, "Eat, Pray, and Love" I did see the movie and really enjoyed it. Watching the movie generated some of my own ideas about how I, as a Christian, can incorporate some of these great disciplines in my own life. I left the theater thinking that even if we had the luxury of taking a year-long excursion to far off places, it really isn't necessary to learn the life lessons so eloquently depicted on the author's journey. Whether you are a Christian, or of any other faith, these life lessons can benefit us all. Below are some Eat, Pray, Love Lessons we can all learn from.

Eat

Eat foods that nourish your body, satisfy your palette, and build relationships. The author's first destination took her to Italy, where the art of food is celebrated and cherished. Forgetting about calories, food labels, and all those little "shoulds and should nots" blaring on every health and fitness magazine in America, she embraced every bite with love and enthusiasm. In almost every scene she is seen eating full-course meals with her new-found friends, engaging in heart-felt conversation, and enjoying every bite. No eating in front of the television, in the car, on the go, or pulling out of fast food joints. And the one time we see her eating alone, she prepares her food with love and intention. While sitting on the floor she eats her beautifully prepared meal with her full attention wearing her newly purchased lingerie. Eating was no longer just for health, nutrients, or even to suppress unresolved emotions. No, eating became a part of life, something that added valueto her day, something that she could look forward to as an extension of who she wanted to be.

So how can we eat with more passion and substance without taking a trip to a foreign country? First of all, change your perspective about food. Instead of looking at food only for as a source of health and necessity, make meal time a celebration and daily ritual. As often as you can, prepare meals at home, set the table with favorite plates, tablecloths, and utensils, and make dining a family affair. Make it a rule that everyone must sit at the table for a set amount of time, even if they finish before everyone else. Don't allow meal time to be just another daily task, but a time to reconnect with family. If you live alone, frequently invite friends over to break bread together. You can cook healthy foods that are satisfying and good for you too. Browse through cookbooks and online to find healthy versions of your favorite meals and at least several times a week, go all out. Not only will your food be healthier for you, you'll enjoy eating more, while satisfying our cravingsfor human connection and intimacy, something so many of us are missing today.

Pray

Spend time with God in prayer and meditation. The author's second destination took her to India, where she would learn the art of meditation to conquer her fears and quiet her restless mind. Initially she failed in her quest to be still and stop thinking. Thoughts about her past mistakes and even her present circumstances plagued her mind constantly. She was in the Mecca of the meditation world and couldn't find inner peace. Just as it eluded her, it eludes many of us today. Fortunately, with the encouragement of others and the constant practice, meditation became a part of her daily life that helped to keep her balanced and centered. As a Christian, you may shy away from practices like meditation; however, meditation is clearly supported by scripture and Jesus himself. We are told in the Bible that it was Jesus daily custom to find a solitary place and spend time with God. And before Jesus started his public ministry, he spent 40 days and nights in the wilderness with God. !

Joshua 1:8 tells us to meditate on God day and night if we want success in life.

Yet meditation has gotten a bad rap. Of course, there are types of meditation that Christians want to avoid. However, meditation is just another tool that can help us grow in our relationship with God. By learning to quiet our mind we create an environment to "Be still and know God" in a more intimate way. By meditating on the word of God, we allow His word to inwardly transform us. By meditating on God's presence, we learn to abide with God and learn to worship Him in Spirit and in truth. So how does prayer differ from meditation? I have often heard that prayer is talking to God, but meditation is giving God an opportunity to speak to us. Many Christians know how to pray very well, but few know how to listen and hear the still small voice of their Heavenly Father.

Although the author learned how to meditate by studying under the spiritual gurus of India, we can learn to meditate on God anytime and anywhere and get the same results. There are also many forms of meditation that are suitable for Christians from purchasing a guided Christian meditation CD, meditating on God's word, dwelling in God's presence, or even practicing centering prayer. You can explore many types of Christian meditation that will enhance your life and relationship with God. Making prayer and meditation a part of your daily life is all you need to add more meaning to your life and daily experiences.

Love

Love God with all your heart, soul, and strength and love your neighbor as yourself. The third destination of the author was the beautiful island of Bali. I don't suspect that when she arrived there she knew that love was right around the corner. In fact, it ran her off the road. Her soon to be beloved knocked her off her bike as she rode through the countryside. However, because of a failed marriage, her fear of losing herself, or making another mistake, she almost let love sip through her fingers. It was the medicine man she visited frequently who told her that "love" is a part of a balanced life. Up until this point I think she believed that she didn't deserved love, she wasn't good at love, or that true love didn't really exist.

I know that many single women and men would love to go to an exotic island and meet the man or woman of our dreams. Yet there is a part of me that believes it is difficult to love another person without first loving God and loving yourself. As a result of loving God we learn valuable lessons about love. Corinthians chapter 13 tells us that love is patient, love is kind, it is not rude, it is not self-seeking, and it always hopes for the best. In fact, true love can never fail; however, we fail when we refuse to operate out of a spirit of love.

You have heard that you can't give away something that you don't have. Love is no different. When we learn to love ourselves that love flows out to all who surround us, male, female, young, or old. In fact, the scripture tells us that in order to love our neighbor we must first love ourselves. We love ourselves when we take the time to examine our hurts and shortcomings and then offer them God for internal healing and wholeness. We love ourselves when we learn who we are in Christ and set loving boundaries that protect us from the harmful intentions of others. We love ourselves by taking the time to nurture our inner spirit, physical health, and emotional well-being, and when we are true to our own needs and desires with the courage to integrate them into our presence situation. Of course, this will always be an ongoing process, but the healthier we are mentally and spiritually, the more successful we will be in attracting and maintaining loving relationship that will flourish and grow.

As you learn to be patience, kind, tolerant, and trusting of yourself and your needs, you are learning the traits that will cultivate a strong love relationship. The author truly loved herself when she took this long-expedition to heal her life and find her place in the world. We can do the same right from your own home.

Ask God to bring to your attention any areas where you are being unloving to yourself or others and then ask Him to help you heal in these areas. Don't give up on love. Whether you are already married or praying for God to bless you with a mate, keep love flowing in your life and relationships. Following these steps will help you to incorporate the lessons of Eat, Pray, and Love in your life starting today.

3 Ways To Stop Late Night Snacking

Do you still feel hungry after dinner some evenings? Do you ever feel the urge to snack at night? Have you ever woken up in the middle of the night with uncontrollable food cravings?

If so, you're not alone. Having cravings in the evening or during the night are quite common and can be easily overcome. Here are three ways to stop your late night snacking fast!

1. Eat more during the day

The first step is to eat more during the day. One of the reasons why you may be feeling hungry at night is simply because your body needs more food. If so, feed it!

However, you are far better off feeding your body during the day when you have an opportunity to burn off the calories rather than at night as your metabolism slows down preparing your body for sleep. In order to lose weight you need to create a calorie or energy deficit. This means you burn up more energy each day than you take in from food. However, if the deficit is too severe, extreme hunger results.

Sometimes you may find that if you sleep in on a Sunday morning and have your breakfast late (i.e. when you would normally have your mid-morning meal), by the evening you may still be hungry even though you have had a substantial dinner. This an example of not consuming enough calories during the day compared to what your body requires.

If you find that this is happening to you, an easy way to overcome it is to simply eat half a punnet of strawberries after dinner. This can help to curb your appetite without eating excess calories because strawberries are a low-density carbohydrate.

2. Consciously change your evening habits

Humans are easily conditioned creatures. If we repeatedly perform an action in the same way, our brain remembers this and encourages us to repeat the action again in the future.

For example, remember back to when you were at school. Each day after school when you arrived home and walked through the front door, where was the first place you went? If you said the fridge or the pantry you are like most people!

Now, think about this: did you go there because you were hungry or simply because you had done that same action many times before? It is highly likely that you were conditioned to go to the fridge or the pantry because your brain had linked the two activities together.

In the same way, if you repeatedly sit on the couch after dinner to watch TV and eat snacks, you will likely create a 'conditioned response'. Then, in the future, whenever you sit on the couch in the evening to watch TV you will start to crave snacks!

You must be consciously aware of this and then change the habit. Perhaps choose to drink a glass of water instead or grab the half punnet of juicy strawberries and munch on those instead. Better still, get off the couch and go and do something! Perhaps take the dog for a walk; I'm sure they would appreciate it! If you notice that your reason for late night snacking is because it is a conditioned response, then you can take the steps to easily overcome it.

3. Take glucose disposal agents in the evening

The Secret To Slim Thighs

What's the secret to getting slim thighs? First, let me tell what it is not. You will never get the legs you want just by using those traditional leg machines at your gym or by doing day after day of boring cardio.

The reality is that you always see people at the gym doing this stuff and never seeing the results they want.

The real secret to getting your thighs slim involves 3 components: 1) proper nutrition, 2) strength training and 3) cardio (but not the typical kind of cardio everyone does).

1. Proper Nutrition: I am going to be honest with you. You will never ever get slimmer thighs if you don't put the right foods in your body. It doesn't matter how great your workout routine is or what you may have heard or read. If you eat the wrong foods your body will maintain or store more body fat around your midsection, your arms, your butt and your thighs.

And fat is what blurs the visibility of the underlying muscles. When you have excess body fat you cannot see any muscular definition.

So, if you want to get your thighs slimmer you have to eat enough of the right kinds of nutritious, fat burning foods that will help keep your legs sexy and lean.

A great rule of thumb I tell my clients is to make sure you eat at least 5 small meals each day. But, all 5 are not really "meals".

3 are meals and 2 are snacks. So, it looks like this:

Breakfast
Snack
Lunch
Snack
Dinner

Getting into the habit of eating more frequently is how you start to boost your metabolism to burn fat so you can begin to get slim thighs much faster than if you eat fewer meals.

2. Strength Training: Usually when I tell women they need strength training to make their thighs slimmer they look at me like they've just seen a ghost.

"But, I don't want to get bulky muscles" is a typical response I get. I don't know where this myth came from but I want to clarify something here.

Getting "bulky" muscles just from strength training is 100% pure myth. Here's why. Building the kind of muscle mass that you see on a bodybuilder is absolutely unrealistic for the majority of people especially women.

Women naturally have lower levels of testosterone which makes it more difficult to build muscle mass versus men.

Here is something else to consider. If you want slim thighs with nice "tone" you have to possess a certain level of muscularity anyway.

You can burn all the body fat you want but if you don't have any real muscle on your legs your slim thighs will look more like toothpicks instead of sexy legs with curves.

That doesn't mean you will "bulk up". You simply fit the level of muscularity to match your goal. Adding some lean muscle to your thighs will give you that sexy curvacious appeal you are looking for.

And that comes from intense strength training and not from doing the leg machines at the gym with light weights and lots of repetitions.

You will never get slimmer thighs with nice definition that way. You have to lift heavier and smarter with just the right amount of rest in between to allow your body to recuperate which is when your thighs slim down.

3. Cardiovascular Training I never said no cardio. I said not the traditional cardio everyone else does. I am going to suggest a different twist on your typical cardio routine that will burn more calories and fat while stimulating your thighs to add some lean, sexy muscle tone.

Getting your thighs slim requires the combination of sufficient muscularity and low body fat.

Your muscles lie underneath a layer of fat cells. Fat cells store body fat. The more fat you carry the bigger your fat cells become and the less visible your muscles are.

So, to see those slim thighs underneath you also need to burn the fat from your fat cells.

Here's a tip to get you started:

Perform 90% Heart Rate Peaks- Instead of doing the typical marathon cardio workout in your "fat burning zone" you are going to perform a much higher intensity workout but for a shorter time period.

This will allow you to burn more calories and fat long after your workout is over. Here is what you do:

Use the formula 220 - your age to get a number. Now, multiply that number by .85 and write down the product. Next, multiply the number by .75 and write down that product. The 2 products are your low and high end heart rate ranges.

Example for a 35-year old: 220 - 35 = 185
185 X .85 = 157
185 X .75 = 138

Heart rate range would be 138 (low end) to 157 (high end).

You will perform your cardio workout on any piece of equipment of your choice. Warm up for 5 minutes by gradually building your heart rate up to your low end range (138 in the above example).

Then you will increase the intensity until your heart rate peaks at your high end range (157 beats per minute in the above example).

Once you reach your high end range you immediately drop the intensity and recover back down to yoru low end range. Once you reach your low end range peak back up again.

Repeat this process of peaking and recovering for 30 minutes. Then record the total number of times you peaked to your high end range.

The next time you perform this you will try to beat the total number of peaks.

Cool down for 5 minutes by gradually decreasing the intensity until your heart rate is at your low end range or lower.

Stretch for 5-10 minutes.

And there you have it. The real secret to getting slim thighs is by adding some lean fat burning, thigh slimming muscle and dropping your body fat levels low enough to see those sexy trim legs.

The Northern Mockingbird

The Northern Mockingbird

I'm a bird lover and a bird watcher. Another day I was in my front yard with my family doing a barbecue when I saw a different bird. I was watching that bird for few minutes and I asked my father in Law what type of bird is that? He told me that it was a Mockingbird. I kept watching and I saw another Mocking bird. They were flying back and forth to a bush close to us. When they flew away I went to see what was going in on in that bush. I saw a nest with 3 eggs so I kept far from the bushes. After seeing that I got curious and I started my research about the Mockingbird.

I watched them for several months. While I was watching them I wrote about their behavior, their descriptions and what they ate. According to Wikipedia There are about 17 species of the mockingbird family. Here is a list of them.

The Northern Mockingbird is the only mockingbird species seen in Florida.

I see them often in my backyard and I love to watch them. They are beautiful. In my opinion when I see them standing still with their long straight tail it creates an impression of respect, power and majesty.

The Northern Mockingbird description

Their tails are dark gray with white outer tail feathers. Their wings are primarily dark gray with white marks and their bodies are light gray on the top and white on the bottom. They have long legs, long tails, and pale eyes.

Their behavior

They're not afraid of the human presence as they get close to me to sing their songs for long periods of time. Each song is repeated for several times before changing to the next song. They remind me of Blue Jays because they mimic sounds of other birds, cats and dogs, as Blue Jays do.

The Northern Mockingbird is extending its territory further north, however it is still primarily a Southern bird. The Northern Mockingbird is considered the state bird of Arkansas, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Texas.

What do Mockingbirds eat?

I have a squirrel proof bird feeder in my backyard and I filled it with fresh seeds. I waited to see if the Northern Mockingbirds would be attracted by the food and if they would stop to eat the fresh seeds that it is in my squirrel proof bird feeder. It has been several months now that the mockingbirds have been in my backyard. I have never seen any Mockingbirds eating from my squirrel proof bird feeder. I then found out that they don't like to eat from the squirrel proof bird feeders because they don't eat seeds. They like to eat bugs, insects, worms, suet, dried grapes or dried raisins, figs, berries, apples, oranges and dogwood.

The type of feeders that you should put in your yard for them are suet feeders, platform feeders, and fruit feeders.

The Northern Mockingbirds love water. I can see them in my backyard taking a bath and refreshing from the hot summer. By providing Mockingbirds with a bird bath you can attract them to your backyard and capture beautiful scenes like this one.

Their Nest

The Northern Mockingbird prefers to nest in small trees or bushes. The male and female Northern Mockingbird builds their nest in a cup shape using small twigs, hair, weeds, leaves, moss, feathers, thin roots and freshly cut grasses. After the nest is built the female mockingbird lays between 3 to 5 eggs per nest and incubates them for about 2 weeks. When the eggs are hatched, the female and the male take turns feeding the chicks. The eggs are blue with brown markings.

The Mockingbird is a territorial songbird. They will protect their territory and their nests from other birds and predators all the time. It doesn't matter how big the predator is, they will chase and attack anything that approaches their nests including people.

A Parrot Diet Is Not Difficult To Develop For A Healthy Parrot

When deciding to own a parrot, take the time to research what parrot diet it should be fed. So much of the well being of your pet parrot links back to have a good parrot diet. You will find that you will have years of happy companionship if you feed your pet parrot the right parrot diet.

Size of your parrot.

Getting the diet sorted out is not difficult to do. It is just a matter of listing a diet that is suitable to the parrot. Parrots of similar size eat similar diets, so the main consideration you need to make initially is the actual size of the parrot you have or that you intend to purchase.

For example, you most certainly would not expect an African Gray Parrot to eat the same diet as a budgerigar. Their size difference is huge and this will obviously affect the size of the food they eat. Larger birds can eat larger and harder foods like macadamia nuts because their beak is bigger, hard and much stronger.

Parrot diet variety.

A parrot enjoys variety in its diet. In the natural environment a parrot eats flowers, seeds, vegetables, fruit and nuts, so the range of food that you can give your parrot is huge. Variety is essential not only for the health of the parrot but because if the parrot gets bored there is a good chance he will stop eating (just like we do if we are served the same food day in, day out), but also because it gives the bird a range of vitamins.

Vitamins in the parrot diet.

Once certain way to make sure that your parrot is getting a range of vitamins, is to feed it pellets. Nearly everyone who is involved in keeping parrots agrees that pellets are essential to the good health of a pet parrot, but where there is some discrepancy is the amount that it should be fed. Some say that pellets should be up to 90% of a parrot's diet, but others say that it should only be 30%-40% of the diet. This is something you will have to work out yourself and obviously as long as you are giving it the lower amount and it is eating a lot of other food then at least it is not starving. It will be a matter of adjusting the percentage of pellets according to other food that you will be feeding it.

Other foods to feed the parrot.

If you can find organic food to feed the parrot then he will be better for it! Your parrot will be so much healthier for being able to eat organic food. There is a wide range of food that the parrot will like, such as: mango, pineapple, kiwi fruit, melons, green peas and beans, cauliflower,corn, sweet potato and sweet peppers.

Having water available for your pet parrot.

Parrots need to have water available but it is not a good idea to have a bowl of water because once it is a few hours old it will start growing bacteria as food and droppings land in it. A water bottle is a much healthier way to give your parrot its water requirements.

Once you have decided what to feed your pet parrot, make a list so that you can try all the items out in your parrot's diet. You may find that some are not so popular, but keep trying them now and then anyway.
